Blizzard of now

Snizow! 18 inches of snizow on the grizound!
Plus it's colder than a well-diggers chicken.
-0.5 degrees with 50 mile per hour winds, blowing snow 18 inches deep!
That's Connecticut flava!
Also, Charles Nelson Reilly is from here...

He was on Match Game.

They show Match Game on Game Show Network. It brings back fond memories of the second-string celebrities that rotated through there, the Mike Douglas Show, and so on. In fact, those may be the only fond memories I have of 70's entertainment culture.

Yes, Match Game. I believe they even titled the shows like Match Game '75 and so on.

Brett Summers.
What was her purpose?
Fanny Flagg?
Actors? No.
Comedians? No?
Sort of variety show talents.
A little song, a little dance, a little seltzer in your pants?
Isn't that right nParker?

A little song, a little dance, a little seltzer in your pants?Sometimes I just say "screw the old song and dance!' and go right for the seltzer. Feels good in the dog days of summer...

Yeah, they were mostly old-school comedians and TV actors and odd, variety show staples like Charo (wikipedia). The Mike Douglas Show has some people that wouldn't be expected to show up on Match Game, too, like Lola Falana (WiSN?) and Joey Heatherton (WiSN?).
